You’ve planned this wedding for months, maybe even years. You’ve got this all in hand but you just need a little extra support. My on-the-day co-ordination service is perfect for couples that just need to tie up the loose ends. This service allows you to hand over the reins and let someone else deal with the last minute issues that can arise, allowing you to relax and enjoy the leadup to your wedding day.
How it works
I will be there on the day to execute your plan seamlessly and handle everything for you so that you can relax and fully enjoy yourself, knowing that a professional is looking after you, your guests and suppliers. Before the big day, I will review all your plans and ensure that everyone is working together harmoniously. From tweaking the details to keeping things running to time and even being your toastmaster if you wish, I will be by your side on your wedding day to make sure everything unfolds exactly as it should.

WEDDING PLAN FEEDBACK
I will take a look at your wedding day plan and complete a detailed review including running orders, providing honest and experienced feedback on any areas that may need revising or perfecting.
REVIEW MEETINGS
We’ll have a face to face wedding day review 6 weeks before your wedding day, making sure all the finer details have been taken care of. I will then do another review of your running order the week beforehand.
SUPPLIER LIAiSON
I will co-ordinate with your suppliers from venue to caterers, florist to cake maker, stationers to entertainers, to finalise and confirm all plans made. It’s very important all your suppliers work well together.
GUEST RELATIONS
Guests often need a point of contact to help with last minute questions regarding gifts, directions, room bookings, taxis, wedding etiquette, etc. I will keep everyone happy on the day taking care of any queries.
UNLIMITED SUPPORT
Offering unlimited access by phone and email, I will be there to support you in the run up to your big day from 6 weeks beforehand so that you always know there’s someone to turn to should you need it.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
I will be there to ensure your day unfolds seamlessly taking care of every little detail as well as keeping everyone on track and on time. I can also act as your toast master if you wish.
Investment starts from £1,800
A precise pricing estimate will be furnished subsequent to a consultation, and may fluctuate based on the intricacies of the wedding, its location, and the number of guests.
